Welcome to Braveheart Dachshunds.  Located in
San leandro, California, we are breeders of
standard longhair and smooth Dachshunds and
miniature smooth Dachshunds.

Our goal is to breed healthy Dachshunds with sound
temperaments and correct structure.  Our
Dachshunds are bred to be winning show dogs and
field dogs, but most importantly, outstanding family
companions.

We breed only occasionally, averaging about one
litter every three years.  So, we rarely have puppies
to offer.  However, we are involved with Dachshund
Breeder Referral and Dachshund Rescue and are
happy to help put you in touch with another
reputable breeder.

We are members in good standing of the Dachshund
Club of America, the Golden Gate Dachshund Club
and the Northern California Dachshund Club.
